20241013Homework——Ashley Wu

To be honest, this week’s homework made me rack my brain, because I didn’t know how to shoot enough 20 materials. Finally I chose to submit these three as my homework. First up is a video that follows the flight path of pigeons. I find this very interesting. And I’ve seen a lot of movies where animals move around, which can be used to explain the environment. Then I photographed the bubbles in the mineral water. The bubbles in the glass rising and breaking can reflect the passage of time. Finally I hit the overhead light. At that time, I actually did not think about what to shoot, just held the camera at random. Suddenly I realized that when I shot the light, the halo from the light reflected a rainbow of colors. This makes me think that in many films and television works, there are many shots of sunlight, and these lenses also reflect the rainbow aperture. Can often render a warm atmosphere. This was my first attempt to photograph the world as I saw it, to imitate the way it was shot in the movies. I think it’s fun and meaningful, and it’s a workout for me.
