Workshops on Academic Integrity

Workshops on Academic Integrity

The Digital Assessment Team have been working with the Student Changemakers team (Sandra Lusk and Abbie King), Arena (Jenny Griffiths and Simon Walker) and the Academic Communication Centre (Ariane Smart) to design a series of workshops that explore how we create an institutional environment that increases academic integrity.

The workshops focus on areas including assessment design, fairness in assessment, meaningful assessments, valid, reliable and authentic assessment practices, perceptions of, and skills related to, academic integrity. The results of the workshops will contribute to outputs including a list of principles for engaging assessments and examples of best practice. They will inform institutional decisions related to assessment. The workshops have ethics approval through the Student Changemakers team.

All feedback will be kept anonymous and any draft outputs will be shared with participants before publication.
