- All Moodle courses have been duplicated/rolled over and you can now start updating content. As previously communicated, the rollover process has changed and all Moodle courses going forward will appear in one instance of Moodle. The titles of all Moodle courses are appended with the relevant academic year. Please ensure you edit the correct course. Guidance on accessing courses is provided.
- Lecturecast content from the previous year will be duplicated/rolled over as well (for reference). More details about this will be communicated once the process is complete. The expectation is that if staff would like to use pre-recorded content on their course e.g. for a flipped approach, then new videos should be created.
- Staff should structure their Moodle courses based on the Connected Learning Template. Most courses have taken this approach but if this is not the case, please view the FLS Moodle Template course to get an overview of minimum requirements in terms of the expected layout of your Moodle course. If you would like support in structuring your course, please contact Janice Kiugu j.kiugu@ucl.ac.uk
- Refer to the Teaching and Assessment Operating model as you plan the delivery of your Module. If you have queries regarding this, please speak to your Head of Teaching.

- Lecturecast: guidance material will be provided once recordings have been copied.
