Our favourite mindfulness resources

Students we spoke to were very keen to see some more ideas for wellbeing. We want the posts we provide here to be as uplifting as possible, so we are providing ideas covering: exercise and outdoor spaces, mindfulness/relaxation, sleep and food. These won’t just be top ten articles – we will be showing some longer blog posts with ideas on how to overcome specific issues that Life Sciences students often face, such as Imposter Syndrome.

  2. Headspace – Headspace is a meditation app free with a student Spotify account.
