It’s Time for Change: Improving Sex Education in China

This podcast explores sex education in China, combining the life stories of Alan and Vicky with comments by Thérèse Hesketh, an expert pediatrician working for various NGOs around the world. The podcast explores some of the  history and culture of sex education and sexuality in China as well as some of the detrimental consequences of the current situation, including sex-related crimes, lack of conversations about sex with family and consequent use of pornography as a learning tool. The podcast ends with a call-to-action, asking listeners to work towards change today.

Thank you to Thérèse Hesketh for the interview and UNESCO and EJ in China for permission to use some of their audio content.
