- Start of term checklist (circulated by eteaching office): This can be used as a guide to help you prepare your Moodle courses for 23/24. It includes key things you should update as well as links to guides on how to complete the mentioned tasks.
- Weekly drop in – Drop in and get help with any Digital Education queries. The drop ins will run every Wednesday, 11am -12noon until 14th February 2023. Click the joining link to drop in.
- Centrally run training sessions: Getting started with Moodle and Lecturecast (self-paced courses) – run by the central Digital Education team. This is for staff who have little or no knowledge of how these systems work.
- Book a Meet and Greet- If you would like AV support at the start of a lecture, email the AV team – av-support@ucl.ac.uk
- Lecturecast enabled teaching spaces: a list of rooms that are set up to capture recordings via Lecturecast. Note that the recording must be scheduled by your Teaching Administrator.
- Scheduling Lecturecast recordings: Please contact your Teaching Administrator to request this. Please advise them on whether you would like the recording ‘Auto available’ or not. Auto available content will be available to students once the recording is processed. ‘Not available’ will require the relevant tutor to unhide the recording for students to view.
