In this section upload your current CV, and your Scope of Practice. (end of programme CV, scope of practice can change during the APP course duration, so option to have updated scope of practice would be useful)

In this section you can upload a current copy of your curriculum vitae (CV).
- Scope of practice
If your scope of practice changes significantly during your APP course you can also upload your new scope of practice. Having both may help course assessors have better understanding of the relevance of evidence referenced in your portfolio.
