Flood Risk Manager, Royal Borough of Greenwich

Owen is the Flood Risk Manager for the Royal Borough of Greenwich with responsibility of responding to and delivering the requirements of the FWMA, FRR and statutory consultee role. Successfully securing funding from various sources to deliver flood mitigation and alleviation projects ranging from Sustainable Drainage in the public highway through to Natural Flood Management. Owen has been involved in national and regional guidance from the SuDS Manual, B£ST and TfL SuDS guide.

With over 20 years local authority experience, across 5 London boroughs, working across Highways, Network management, Road Safety, Policy & Strategy, Asset Management, Development Control, Street Lighting PFI. Delivering award winning projects including Accessibility, Crime Reduction and Green Infrastructure alongside delivering regional guidance for London.
