Monday 27th June
10am Mentimeter, on campus
In this session delivered by the Arena Centre you will explore the why and how Mentimeter (and similar tools) could be used both asynchronously and synchronously to support wider engagement in student groups.
4pm Goodbye Moodle Snapshot, Hello Rollover, online
In this session you will learn about the new Moodle Course Life Cycle (CLC) tool and the new process for preparing courses for their next iteration.
It will feature a demo and explanation of the tool from a Digital Education team member and will be your opportunity to ask questions.

Tuesday 28th June
10am Accessibility, online
This session will be delivered by the Head of Digital Accessibility. It will provide an overview of digital accessibility and discuss the upcoming Digital Accessibility policy.
11:30am Making the most of Unitu, on campus
This session will be co-led by Judith Hillmore and Yusuf Ozkizil. They will introduce the Unitu platform and how it can be used. Specific session content will be based on the responses to registration questions.
4pm Inclusivity, online
This session will be co-presented with Guest speaker Dr Alexandra Mihai. The session will be an opportunity to reflect on what inclusivity means to you, and how we can create inclusive learning environments.
Wednesday 29th June
10am Connected Learning Baseline, on campus
The first part of this session will focus on the Connected Learning Baseline for Moodle. It will introduce the key features, why they are important and exploration of baseline exemplar course. The 2nd part of the session will be an opportunity to review your own course using a review tool, or to review that of a colleague – Moodle swap shop.
3pm, Digital Assessment, online
In this session we will be joined by a member of the Digital Assessment team. We will discuss the benefits and key considerations of digital assessment.
We will also introduce and discuss the range of digital assessment tools available, including but not limited to Assessment UCL

Thursday 30th June
1pm Digital Engagement Activites, online
Delivered by UCL Arena Centre, this interactive workshop introduces IDEAs (Inspirations for Digital Engagement Activities), a set of resources and activities to support student engagement in all teaching settings.
