Hello! I’m Marta – a passionate and hard-working PhD student at the University of Cambridge.

Welcome to my reflective portfolio! This showcase website was created as part of my undergraduate degree in MSci Applied Medical Sciences at University College London.

More than a collection of assignments and projects, this reflective portfolio retraces my journey as a young scientist, highlighting the most important experiences which shaped my interests and career choices – ultimately leading me to pursue my doctoral studies in pancreatic cancer research.

My digital portfolio is the result of a UCL Changemakers project intending to innovate final-year student assessments whilst encouraging self-reflection and enhancing employability. Hence, although I have left UCL, this portal remains available as a resource for current students and staff.
