Try signing back in following this steps:
Click on meeting link -> click ‘launch meeting’ -> press ‘allow’
DO NOT SIGN IN by introducing your credentials at this stage.
INSTEAD, Click ‘sign in with SSO’ – > this should take you to the university’s sign-up page for access to all its services.
