The staff query form for WISEflow (aka AssessmentUCL) is being updated on MyServices to allow the Digi Ed Support team to triage and resolve tickets more effectively. Users will be able to submit requests using one of the following categories:
- Experiencing an issue: for bugs or technical problems
- General Enquiry/ Service request: for tasks, access requests, onboarding advice or queries that aren’t related to bugs or technical problems
- Enhancement request: to raise suggestions for improvements to the user experience
The updated form is scheduled to go live tomorrow. Existing WISEflow queries in MyServices will be unaffected by this change.
