Plugins

What are Plugins?

Plugins extend and expand the functionality of your blog, they are an optional add-on that extends the functionality of a piece of software. In WordPress, plugins can provide additional editing options, extra widgets or more customisable widgets, for example.

Many different kinds of plugins exist, which is why we recommend you to have a look at the full list of plugins available on Reflect to gain a better idea of what you can do with them.

How to choose your plugins?

Depending on your use and what you aim to accomplish, different plugins might be available to you.

Here are some plugins recommendations which you might want to use:

  • Accessible Content: Using an accessibility-ready theme helps ensure your site is accessible but anyone that adds, edits, or publishes content on your site can quickly make the site less accessible. The Accessible Content plugin is designed to check your pages and posts for potential accessibility issues and highlight any content that needs attention.
  •  A-Z lists: The A-Z List plugin allows you to insert an A-Z index into a page or post. It’s a quick and easy solution for situations where you need to list a large number of items in a filterable and easily searched A-Z list.
  • Divi Builder: The Divi Builder plugin replaces the standard WordPress post editor with a drag and drop WordPress page builder that allows you to build beautiful designs and more diverse layouts quickly.
  • Duplicate PostThe Duplicate Post plugin is a quick way to duplicate a post, or page, including the title, contents, tags and categories so you can re-use an existing post easily with minimal effort.
